Good weekend. Started out bar hopping, only to end up back at my favorite place, anyway. Delicious food and cocktails + Matt's company + lots of smiles = a wonderful Friday night. Saturday brought me to Jersey to see my bunny, with the bonus of a random shoe shopping trip, courtesy of my mom. Matt went out to a weird party and Alex totally ditched me (okay, not totally), so I drank Yuengling and watched documentaries. I liked that. The weather on Sunday was gorgeous, so we went hiking in Wissahickon and watched ducks play in the stream.

Then, crazy homework time officially began. Actually, it was interrupted by lunch at the Water Works (thanks again, mom) and some Rittenhouse Square park-sitting and people watching. A tiny old lady asked us to buy raffle tickets to benefit a hospital, and even though I always avoid doing things like that, she was too cute to say no. It kind of makes my heart hurt to think about being so old and tiny one day, myself. It's both cute and sad at the same time.

Well, now it's back to crazy homework time. Herbert Spencer is full of a lot of shit, but I'm reading his essay on The Social Organism, anyway. I'm so tired at this point, but I want so badly to do well in my Cultural Theory class. I've been thinking a lot about film music, too, since I had to read like a hundred pages about it for Scoring to Picture this weekend. I've been thinking a lot about how I want to always live in cities but explore everywhere in the world. Like Sweden (and Norway) and Morocco and Mongolia. I've been thinking a lot about a lot of things. What's new?
