Are you serious? I inspired you to write? That kind of leaves me speechless. I have such a hard time getting my fics noticed with anything more than a couple comments, and I can't seem to win any of the MCT contests anymore like at all. It makes me think I'm just not appealing to many people, or can write as good as they do. I feel out of place, I guess. People say they like my stuff, but many don't even realized it existed even though I post in the comms and everything. It's very frustrating because although I write because I like to write and it's a fun hobby, I also want people to read it and enjoy it. Without an audience, it's odd for me.
well, its not like a competition, it shouldnt be its like, sharing our little secrets, all our fantasies and its cool cause its reading into the minds of other fans so like, yeah write cause you love it :D i get what you mean about needing other other people to read it cause there's still that feeling of wanting someone to congragulate you on something you worked hard on

LOL I guess I am just a competitive person and always strive to be the best. It's frustrating when I can't get close to it. I'm used to slowly progressing, I guess. It's like now I've plateaued out.
That is a REALLY good way to put it, though. I guess that's why it's even harder to not get recognized. Like, you reveal something about yourself and it seems like few people care.
