mikey's missing D:

i have these two rats
gerard and mikey. eheh
and my friend came over today, and i showed her them and i guess i accidentally left the cage top open and when i went back upstairs i thought i closed it but i didnt, and i went to go check on them and the top was open and only gerard was there which means mikey either has amazing climbing abilities or suddenly grew tall enough to jump out the fucking cage!
what if mikey gets stepped on or starves to death, and we wont know until we find its dead body D:
and im practically hyperventilating cause i dont know what to do!
