SCREAMS AND CRIES ALL OVER THIS UGH <3

this is so wonderful! as soon as it started I was a mess because what you may not know is that I have a huge weakness for baby exo because they are adorable little kids and I just want to hug them and feed them sweets all day and then BABY SEHUN WRITING IN ENGLISH? I was just squealing over his adorableness ahhh. All of his cute little mistakes just made me sob inside. He is so precious ;;

and then he gets so upset at the thought that they have to stop sending letters to their pen pals MY HEART ACHES FOR THIS CUTE CHILD. but of course zitao wants to keep writing to him too ugh.

the way he keeps the letters in the box is absolutely gorgeous. Its kind of what I do actually~ whenever one of my online friends sends me a letter or a drawing or something, I have a little box of keepsakes I put it in, so I never lose it. l loved that part where he was going through the letters so much! you can really see how their friendship developed and its all so lovely and sweet. Like when Sehun sent him the small figurine for his birthday, and then Tao sent back a photo of him imitating the pose oh my gosh ;; and how Tao put all that confetti in Sehun's letter for his birthday adsafadgf I just want to cry and squish them both together.

AND THEN THE LETTER. I actually gasped when Tao told Sehun he was gay. Literally. Out loud. (also the way its more creased than the others, and "The words are so familiar by this point that Sehun can almost recite them by heart" oh Sehun you sweet thing re-reading that specific letter so many times) And Tao told Sehun before anyone else. Then the skype conversation, and Tao was so nervous, but Sehun really didn't care? Its all just so lovely and their friendship is so perfect!

THE PART WHERE THEY MEET IS LIKE A MOVIE SCENE the way they both just run towards each other and hug, and actually I could picture that so perfectly! with Tao's face buried in Sehun's neck is just so typical (and perfect) Taohun really. Oh "And…” Tao looks a little sheepish here. “I wanted to impress you a little.” then I died a little. Why are they so adorable? Why is this so wonderful?

AH OKAY THE FINAL SCENE WOW I was just on the edge of my seat for this, as soon as I knew what was coming. I’m in love with my best friend. I may have let out a slight sob at that. SEHUN GETTING JEALOUS OVER KRIS. YES GOOD JEALOUS SEHUN IS MY FAVOURITE SEHUN.

AND THEN "all Sehun remembers is the feel of Tao’s lips pressed against his own, and Sehun thinks that’s all the reply he’ll ever need." THATS SUCH A PERFECT LINE. I CANT. IM JUST CRYING. ITS SO BEAUTIFUL.

okay but then my favourite part of course has to be that final letter. IM REALLY NOT EVEN SURE HOW TO RESPOND TO THAT. I JUST READ IT AND SCREAMED AND STARED SPINNING IN MY CHAIR GIGGLING LIKE CRAZY. you may have broken me. (looks like theres no need to bet on those kissing skills Sehun bb, you can experience them first hand now) I swear i've re-read that last part at least a dozen times while writing this and every single time I just grin and squeal because oh, it does things to my heart.

I'm sorry most of this comment turned into some strange kind of abridged version of your fic BUT I REALLY DONT KNOW HOW ELSE TO EXPRESS MY LOVE FOR IT ALL. I really do love it oh my god, its more perfect than I could ever have imagined! thank you so much lovely for writing this, its so wonderfully written and thought out (and oh, I should also add I adore the way you formatted the letters. I was reading each one thinking damn, you put so much effort into them!) I really can't thank you enough! And that super adorable happy ending was just the icing on the cake for this fic ugh. /rolls around in glee forever <3333

okay you have no idea how much i wanted to respond to this after i read it two weeks ago. THIS IS THE BEST COMMENT EVER ;~~~; i'm so, so glad you enjoyed this fic. i was kinda struggling toward the end but i'm glad it seems to have turned out all right.
