God its so early!
I don't know why I am awake right now! Its 6:30 in the morning and I am wide awake. God its summer...I'm supposed to be able to sleep forever. But since I am up and can't go back to sleep I will just write in here due to lack of something better to do.
Umm....Saturday recital was a lot of fun. It was sad that everyone was leaving though, including Heather :-( But I guess I should be used to being upset when people leave by now. I mean this is going to be my 12th year at SCMC. But idk...it just seems as if as I grow older I of course bond with those whom are older than me at dance, and when it comes time for them to leave it is difficult. And I don't even think I can describe how upset I am going to be when Rachel and Melissa are seniors. I don't know what I am going to do without them at dance. It is going to be horrible. And to think, that is only two years away. And the year after that it wil be my senior year...god how did we all grow up so fast?
Ok, I'll change the subject before I get into some big thing about growing up too fast lol. So Sunday was the concert. It was awesome! So much better than I had expected. I didn't really know any of the bands except for dashboard. But I liked the get up kids, they were really good. And I kind of liked Thrice as well. They have a few really good songs, in particular Stare at the Sun. (I am now semi-obsessed with that song lol.) And then of course Dashboard was awesome! I knew a lot of the songs from Eric signing them at our camp fires and a lot I just recognized hearing at some point, most likely when I was with Eric. I called him when they played the Swiss Army Romance cause thats the song he always sings to me. Ahh it was just a really good time! LOL! And things are better now with people and it just makes me happy!
But I am gonna go try to find something to eat in my house, or maybe get some more sleep....ttul
