Who has the best roommates, ever?
Who recieved Ghostbusters I and II?? Oh, that's me.
No matter what, friends can help you through anything. Hahahah, I mean, not just because they give you really good movies...
Seriously though, I consider them family.
I realize that I consider a lot of people family. That's how close they are to me. And I kind of like that.
I went out to eat last night with three friends...When I'm with them, it's like my problems seem to go away for a short time. They really are incredible people. It's funny because two of them I just met this year. The one guy I met on European Term. I really think he's a cool guy to be around because he's always so happy. Even when he's not, he still gives his time to people. The other day I was having a fairly "tragic" day, if I do say so myself, and he stayed up and talked with me about everything. He also just doesn't care what people think of him...I really respect that. The girl I just met this year...in fact, I haven't known her that long at all. But her and I get along so well...it's like we've been friends for years. The other one, my roommate Gwen, is really my best friend. She's like me in a lot of ways. We just think alike.
Perhaps I give people too much credit to hurt me...but the way I see it...I'd rather get hurt and have an experience than never try anything at all. I need to start living by that motto and taking the consequences as they roll. Experiences are everything?
I'm pretty sure everything will work out that's been going on right now. I'm hoping.
