Summary: Three years ago (in the now-present), after the final showdown of of good against evil, Sam Winchester appeared underneath of a suburban street lamp, although he and his younger half-brother Adam were supposed to be trapped inside of Lucifer's cage. During those three years (now 2013), the brothers continued hunting, and Castiel came to them with the news that Ellen, Jo, Ash, and Gabriel came back from the dead, and kids from the year 2024 of Dean and Castiel, Ash and Jo, Sam and Gabriel, Becky and Chuck, and Ellen and Bobby come. Now it's time for the hunters to settle down and start facing the monsters of the real world - including raising kids of their own.
