Wow, we're already in the month of October. So many things coming my way during this senior year. Today marks the official day when CSU Applications open. I need to get on it before deadlines arrive. The first of October. A lot has happened since my last entry. Let's see how everything's going...
School, so far everything has been okay. AP Economics, Lab Specialist, AP English Literature, AP Physics, Tennis, and Peer Counseling. Not a typical senior class schedule. Oh well, it's all for the better, I suppose. The homework hasn't really been intense, but my effort is being put into AP Physics. I go to tutoring whenever I can, only to finish and help myself understand. But all in all, it's been quite breezy, once applications start rushing through, I'll be an insane case. Oh I forgot to mention that this Monday, October 3rd, a couple of us from Carson High will be attending the Posse Scholarship event, that should be an experience. I'm sort of exicted. =D
Tennis has been on the total rise! I absolutely love this team this year for it feels more of a family compared to last year. Now, everyone participates, mingles with one another, and basically a good sport. I have fun when I'm with these girls, even though sometimes they give me a headache. As far as our matches go, we have been on a winning streak. Our first game was against North Hollywood, second versus South, and lastly Venice. Those were our practice matches, turning out to victorious wins. Regarding league matches on the other hand, we've already played Gardena and Washington. We're working more on our conditioning for the sake of being able to with stand during the "long" matches. =D But I must admit, even though I hate all the running, I enjoy the results. Ha! =D
Friends, friends, friends. I am sooo having fun this senior year. With the exception of few, my friends are the greatest! I have one friend in particular that I am quite fond about. ;) "My cuhhh" and "My cowboyyy." I really like him, he makes my days brighter. He knows it. I enjoy spending time with him and everything, Just the little things he does and the little surprises, and the things we do to be able to spend with one another. =D yes, things are great. He makes me happy =D We have gold fishes, Baby G & Dimples. Last night we went to the fair/fiesta at Saint Catherines, it was a lot of fun. Especially the rides and meeting his friend. Fun, fun, fun with him. Can't wait till Sunday.
