FILLED [Poison] (1/1)

(Sorry I'm not quite sure how to put warnings in. First time doing this. Though I did read the instructions :/ )
The night was cold, and the grass beneath his frail body was a lifeless beige; spreading outwards in its failed attempt at escape. Escape from him. Even at his weakest he managed to kill everything he touched...he was poison: undiluted and starving; consuming everything in his way. He was poison.
It was oddly quiet tonight, no sign of life anywhere, it was like the world had entered an endless sleep: peaceful in its hibernation, untainted by the cruelty of life. Sam found himself wishing he could do the same...just slip away into a dreamless slumber. Hide. Hide. Hide. He didn't want to fight anymore, he knew he would fail; he would kill again. After all, he was poison: undiluted and starving; consuming everything in his way. He was poison.
Pain kept him awake, numb though his body was, allowing him to keep a much unwanted grip on his consciousness. A few tears leaked from his eyes; trailing miserably down his face, icy cold and desperate. If only Heaven and Hell would let him go and he could be free. Bright red blood coated his shaking fingers as they came up to try and stop the flow of liquid life still gushing from his side, as if he were a human fountain: a sudden wave of fear had overcome him...he didn't want to die. But then he remembered he was being silly and he had to, even if he would never achieve peace. He was poison: undiluted and starving; consuming everything in his way. He was poison.
Sam looked up at a midnight blue sky that was filled with stars, and realised he didn't have to make this all bad. Yes, he was dying, agony dancing across his body and a disgusting sense of weakness taking him over, but it was such a beautiful night to die. More than he deserved. He could die with a smile on his face and the knowledge that by doing this, everyone around him could find happiness. Everyone around him would get the chance to share this beautiful world they lived in with someone they cared about. They could look up at the stars and realise life was special. A gift. But only for those who deserved it. He had to go. He had to face the music. He was poison: undiluted and starving, consuming everything in his way. He was poison...
As the sun rose two men could be seen on the grass below the fading stars. One limp and lifeless, the other slowly dying as he cradled the first to his chest: a man so lost and desperate, beyond hope. But that's not what the other saw. The other saw everything he had lost. Someone so full of life. Someone he had failed to save. And he wished he had been able to tell him he wasn't the poison he'd thought he was, but the antidote to the pain ravaging his brother's body.
Every night the stars seemed to get just a little bit dimmer.
