Sam/Adam - stockholm syndrom, coexistence, love-hate relationship

Sam and Adam are back and absolutly need each other. There are raw souls, a now nearly millinia old familiarity and the desire for comfort.
Next to actually missing the archangels / getting used to their absence, the greatest pain of all is a jealous Dean.

Hell-time means that Sam is now technically older than Dean. It's an uncomfortable change for both of them.

Then Sam gets sick and Dean takes all the care of him and they remember who's really the big brother, despite everything.
