71- Gen or Wincest; set any time you like, but I admit to craving S3 fic like chocolate. Sam's supernaturally poisoned on a case. Dean's able to scrape together something to mitigate the effects, but while that's enough to keep his ass from dying, it's certainly not doing much about the symptoms. Claimed by shangrilada
72- Gen, preferably. 2.21 AU. Dean doesn't make the crossroads deal, but Sam never moves on; can't, without his Dean. Lost, confused, unable to remember what happened, he knows something's wrong, but he can't figure out what. And why won't Dean talk to him?
73- S7. Gen preferred but Wincest is okay too. Sam and Dean's picture has been all over the news because of the Leviathans wearing their faces and other hunters have come to investigate how two people who should be dead like the Winchesters have come back to life. It's bad news for Sam who is own his own now, specially if it might just be hunters Sam has run into before.
74- John still dealing with the death of Mary never finished getting Sam his vaccinations and boosters. Never thinking it would be a problem he simply forged the medical records for Sam. 76- Gen. The boys are dealing with the day to day of Sam's new state. Dean tries to treat him as normally as possible and stay calm when he spaces out. But the stretches get longer and at some point, Sam stops breathing.

78- Lucifer/Sam. Over a century with at least one severely twisted angel that loves him. Stockholm Syndrome like whoa. Either in the Cage (Adam's observations) or out of the Cage where Dean watches him unravel. Or both.
79- Gen, 7s. Lucifer is not a hallucination. He and Sam (the angel and his vessel) have a bond that was nоt destroyed when Castiel rescued Sam from hell.
80- Any genre/pairing. A curse (or whatever else you can think of) causes Sam's hallucinations to manifest. They make a hell of a mess. Claimed by inheritedjeans
81- Any genre/pairing. These two guys, they say not to worry, they hunt monsters all the time. They'll save the day just as soon as that one guy gets Satan to sit down and shut up.
82- Gen or Sam/Dean, any season. Dean screws up, big time - maybe in a bar after a game of pool, or in a seedy back-alley after a few rounds of poker - and the burly fellows he's keeping company with don't take too kindly to being scammed. So they come up with an idea: if Dean doesn't want to give them their money back, fine, but he still has to pay - or maybe his pretty brother does. Just not with money. Claimed by medusafox
83- Gen or Sam/Dean, any season. Sam gets kidnapped or picked up - by supernatural beings or humans, up to the author - and tortured in ways that are too horrible to say. And when Dean kills his way in and finally finds Sammy, he's... well, Sammy's not saying anything, or seeing much, either. For one reason or another, he can't speak - but he can make noises. Wounded-sounding noises, to go with some partial (or full) blindness. Whether these are temporary or permanent is up to the author as well. Claimed by ladybastet92
84- S6 Gen or Wincest. Sam wakes up after he gets his soul back, he's confused and stiff after laying there for ten days. He notices when walking up the stairs one of his knees or his hip feels worse than the rest of him but he doesn't think about it, he needs to find Dean. As time goes by his leg doesn't get any better and the pain grows worse, finally Dean drags him to the doctor and it turns out Soulless!Sam ignored an injury because it would mean too much downtime between hunts and now Sam has to deal with the consequence of it. 85- Between season 3 and 4, Ruby/Sam. Remember when Dean, fresh out of Hell, metioned wanting to watch some movie at the theater and Say said he already saw it? Ruby wanted to see that movie and she dragged Sam along. Claimed by emmram
86- Set early in season five when the boys are separated. Sam crashes one of his 'borrowed' cars, badly, he's stranded in the middle of no where and maybe it's a head injury or maybe he's delirious from blood loss but he 'sees' Dean, who either helps to guide Sam out of the car before it explodes or to get help before it's too late, or maybe both. 87- Post-SWAN SONG/Vague S7 After everything, Hell, Lucifer, the Apocalypse, you'd think Sam'd be over his Coulrophobia. But apparently he isn't. The guys are on a hunt . Maybe it's a haunted fairground. Or a circus. It doesn't matter... it just involves clowns somehow. And Sam completely loses it when he encounters the clown. Dean physically hauls Sam out of there and gets him back to the Impala where it takes a long time for Sam to calm down. Claimed by stillwaters01
88- 7x06 Dean runs in a minute or two later, and Dean!Leviathan has already started in on our boy. You decide how back the damage is. Bonus points for mental trauma of Sam not being able to trust Dean in his badly battered state. Claimed by purplehrdwonder
89- GEN. Something doesn't have to be sexual to be intimate and soulmates don't have to be lovers. Sam and Dean are closer than most lovers could ever be. They complete each other in ways no one else could ever hope to. Set in Season 7. Someone's observations on the boys and the way they interact and take care of each other. 90- Set either during Mystery Spot, or post-s4, while Dean is dead: Sam is lost without his brother, but can't bring himself to dishonor Dean's memory by giving in to Ruby's temptations. Desperate and grieving, he prays to be reunited with Dean. His prayers are answered by a messy-haired man in a trenchcoat, who calls himself Castiel and claims to be an Angel of the Lord. Castiel's way of answering Sam's prayer is to transport him to another time, when Dean was alive. Can be past or future, I don't care, just as long as there is time travel and brotherly bonding, and possibly Sam is able to change some of the horrible events they've lived through. Gen or wincest.
91- Trigger warning for non-con (potentially underaged). John calls it "training", Dean tells him to "suck it up", but Sam knows better. Whipping him into shape involves selling his son's ass to his hunter friends. Just wait til Dean finds out the truth. .Wincest is welcome!
92- Dean walks out after Sam tells him how he feels. Sam begs him to stay in the motel and forget what he said. Thinking Dean hates him, he breaks down and injures himself using Dean's knife.
93- Following the boys separation(s5), the man who gives Sam a ride, rapes and tortures him. The angels think its about time to break him down, now that the brothers are apart. The man is actually a demon, the angels decided to enlist for the job. Once Dean has time to think, he realizes he made the wrong decision by letting Sam go so easily.
94- After finding out Sam's pregnant, John beats him up because he wants Sam to lose the baby. Happy ending?
95- Trigger warnings for graphic non-con/underage. After John finds out about Sam trying out for Baseball, he goes ballistic and fucks his little boy with a bat. While Sam is cleaning his 'dirty' skin and bloody hole, Dean shows up in the bathroom. Extra points for traumatized Sam, shaking, speaking to himself, the whole deal.
96- Set anytime after re-ensouled Sam S6. In Swan Song we got to see Azazel's gang. One of them was a teenage girl in a pink dress. In Sam's mind, prom night was one of the few truly great nights Dean had ever managed to give him before Stanford. Dinner, Limo, hotel room. Sam now finds out that the girl that he had the 'best sex ever' with was possessed at the time. Cue Sam believing himself to be a rapist and Dean trying to get him past it.
97- Can anyone give me teen!Sam with cancer? Like, around 14. I've had this scene in my head for ages of Dean walking out of the hospital room (not because he's a jerk, he's just having a wee breakdown) while Sam's screaming at him not to leave, but he can't follow because he's so sick and maybe attached to tubes and things for chemo. 98- One of the things hallucination!Lucifer (halLucifer?) keeps whispering to Sam is that he'd be stronger, smarter, *better* if he'd just take a sip of demon blood. Just a little, just enough to get his head straight. Maybe he also promises that Sam will stop hallucinating altogether if he gets off the wagon. Dean never has to know...
99- Without Dean there to anchor him, Sam starts hallucinating big time and Lucifer taunts Sam about how Dean killed Amy cause she was a monster and that, deep down, Dean must think he's something dirty and evil that should be taken down because he's a monster, too.
100- All of a sudden, Sam's allergic to half the freaking planet. Well, Dean thinks. This is inconvenient. And scary as hell. Claimed by cherry916
101- Sam wakes up surrounded by doctors who tell him that he has been in a medical experiment since birth and that his entire life has been a dream. Claimed by honeylocusttree

103- Sam does a spell to get rid of his unwanted attraction for his brother, but as the attraction leaves him, they enter Dean. And in the process, leave Sam with random bouts of literal heartache. Claimed by smalltrolven
104- Spoilers for most recent episode. When Sam saw Dean in the restaurant, he looked like he was really resisting reacting at all, but seemed to kind of loosen up after the waiter acknowledged Dean. 105- A powerful witch or another MoTW owes Sam a favor, and he uses it to bring back Dean after the crash before his dad can make the deal. The price? You decide. I'd prefer some sort handicap, such as blindness or loss of limb, Whatever it is, it's graphic, and Dean and John get to watch the gruesome payment happen. Claimed by kate_mct
106- While living in the dorms and starting off a new relationship with Jess, there is an outbreak of Meningococcal meningitis, which Sam contracts. He becomes deathly ill and Jess needs to try to find a way to contact his family, whom she knows next to nothing about. So, she digs through Sam's possesions to see if she can find out more about them in order to let them know just how sick Sam is. But, in the process, she stumbles across a secret journal Sam has kept since he was a kid and she finds out about the 'family business'. Claimed by earthquakedream
107- Season 7. Sam can't stand the way Dean looks at him - or thinks he looks at him - like he's scared of him in this state of mind. Or, even worse - like he's a burden. Sam doesn't want to cause his brother more pain, so he runs away and admits himself into a mental hospital, if only to take the weight off of Dean's shoulders.
Unfortunately, things only get worse without Dean, and the doctors don't know what to do. After months, Dean finally finds him and starts to piece him together again. Gen, please. Claimed by sikeminatural
108- Sam gets sex pollen'd and Dean is the only one there to 'help out' - the kicker? Sam and Dean are both straight and not the slightest bit attracted to each other. And the longer it takes for them to get it on, the more pain Sam is in. Err, very wincest-y gen?
109- Gen or slash - don't care. Sam got hurt or sick or has another Hell-related breakdown. The Leviathans are on the lookout for them, they are officially-dead serial killers, and so Dean and Bobby deal with it the usual way: The panic room may be gone, but the new place has a basement and that'll do just fine. Eventually they have no other choice but to get a doctor, though - and that doctor is more than shocked to find someone in that state stored in a basement.

110- Okay, so Dean thinks Sammy's dealing with his Hell memories. And he is, of course he is, because any time Lucifer gets too loud or the walls start drenching themselves in blood or whatever, he takes a knife to his arms and it all stops. So that's good, right?

112- Dean/Sam very welcome, but gen is okay, too. Any season, but not pre-canon. Sam has been taken by someone who can completely control his body, but not his mind. He's gone for months, and in that time he is forced to murder for that guy, to have sex for and with him, and to generally do and say anything the guy wants him to, no matter how humiliating. Inside he's horrified and desperate, on the outside there is no sign of his struggle. Dean comes to save him, eventually. He finds Sam, but the control will only be broken after his tormentor is dead. Claimed by annie46
113- Considering the gigantor Sam is nowadays, there aren't many people, human and not, who can carry his full body bridal-style. Cas, with his angelic superhuman strength, is one of them. Claimed by trollmela
114- Sam has Crohn's Disease, or some other gastro disease. With the way the boys live, on the road and eating at questionable places wreck havoc on Sam's stomach, making him sick a lot. Sam usually tries to make sure he doesn't eat the things that will set it off, but eating on the run he misses it some times. So he misses it and ends up really sick, puking his guts out and the other end. Dean takes care of him and gets him through it. Can be gen or slash.
115- John is on a hunt and young!teen!Sam gets very sick. Dean takes care of him and Sam starts calling him 'dad'. (Preferably repeatedly and not as a result of delirium.) Gen. Claimed by jennytork
116- Season 7, gen. Bobby has been replaced by a Leviathan without anyone noticing. Very patiently he works on subtly destroying Dean's trust in his brother while at the same time triggering flashbacks and seizures for Sam. Eventually, he convinces Dean that the best for Sam would be committing him to a mental hospital. After that, the Leviathans finally have the Winchesters separated and at least one of them helplessly at their mercy.
117- Post-"Metamorphosis": "God doesn't want you doing this." Sam misinterprets this, and takes it to believe that God doesn't want him at *all* anymore.
118- Sam has a crippling, crippling phobia. It doesn't matter what it is, only that it's fairly irrational and incredibly intense. On a hunt, they encounter a MotW that uses/involves that thing of which he is petrified, and he freezes up, which lets Dean get hurt. All of a sudden, Sam's not only terrified by the object of his phobia, he's also incredibly guilty. He keeps trying to expose himself to the object of his phobia when Dean's not looking, which makes him freaked out and exhausted and constantly afraid. Dean takes way too long to figure it out, but when he does, it's up to him to fix his little brother, as usual. Claimed by shangrilada
119- Sam/Dean or Gen. Sam has a much better handle now on functioning even when he's seeing or hearing Lucifer, since now he knows it's not real. This becomes problematic when Lucifer DOES find a way to talk to Sam from the Cage.
120- Sam looks around at any of the women who hit on him, at any of his physical peers and just sees a bunch of kids. He's two hundred and six years old. Lucifer remembered every birthday. In real life, he has a really hard time explaining to the ER doctor how he managed to acquire such a severe case of COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) at the age of 28. Somehow, he thinks "My chronic bronchitis didn't just stop once I got into Lucifer's cage" isn't gonna cut it.
121- Adam's mom is killed (by MoTW?), and the only contactable family member is Sam. Sam takes on the role as older brother and caretaker. But going to school, to work, and making enough money to support two people is hard to do and after a while, he works himself into a fever big enough to warrant a hospital visit. When Dean and John rush in, they're chased out by pissedoff!protective!Adam. Claimed by mollrach13
122- Gen. Supernatural/Dollhouse crossover. That bus Sam got on to go to Stanford? Well, he didn't make it there. He ends up in the Dollhouse as an Active. Some time later, Dean bumps into him while hunting whatever but, of course, Sam doesn't recognise him because he's programmed as whatever. Claimed by jennytork
123- Curtain fic. Boys have stopped hunting. There’s a farmhouse or house by the sea or whatever. Sam has a huge cat that adores him. Dean and the cat make stink-eyes at one another. Both boys are adjusting to their wounds - psychological and otherwise - but they get by. It’d be all pretty great, really, were it not for the fact that Sam’s been hearing sounds - wailing out in the fields (or on the beach), the sound of crying, etc. It’s hard to convince Dean that it’s real, that he’s not imagining it when he’s completely deaf in both ears and has been for the last couple of years. There’s always a darkened door ahead and, just there a flicker of movement in the shadows. Is it Dean? Sam’s been looking for him for some time now. He’s been out of water for what feels like more than a day, his tongue is fat, swollen, and dry in his mouth. He’s limping (new injury, permanent, you choose!) and still, he needs to rush, to hurry, to find some way to make himself run because the need to go as fast as he can in the hopes of catching up to the shadow he hopes might be Dean is almost as pressing as staying ahead of the sound behind him, the sound of something wet moving in the ruin.

125- Leviathans need DNA to transform, right? And then they take on the memories/experiences of that person? They’ve got Sam’s DNA. They know he’s halluci(fer)nating. What’s stopping one from hopping on over to Detroit, sliding a hand over the corpse Dean apparently left to rot there, and becoming the physical manifestation of Sam’s worst nightmare?Think of it, a Leviathan with Nick’s body and memories of being possessed. 126- Through whatever means - angels, curse, witches, whatever - the boys get changed into women. Dean's adjusting well enough. Hell, he's happy jumping in front of mirrors and playing with his new happy button. But Sam? Sam has fucking cramps. He can't open jars and, strange as it sounds, it's really unnerving to suddenly no longer tower over most people he meets. Gen. Claimed by embroiderama
127- Hallucifer ends up (accidentally? purposefully?) helping Sam during a hunt at one point. Because he is part of Sam's subconscious, he can point out something that Sam might not have realized or noticed or whatever. Sam needs to decide whether or not to listen to him. Any pairing is fine.
128- Spoilers for Slash Fiction. For a moment or two there in the interrogation room, it seemed like Fake Dean was being genuine toward Sam. Like when he yelled, then softened his voice when Sam looked taken aback.
Maybe he's just intrigued by the younger Winchester, maybe he sees potential in him, or maybe he just likes the loyalty Sam has to Dean, how 'his' little brother looks up to him. Just a thought that could be interesting. Maybe he gets away with Sam, furious Dean on his trail with a confused, Hell!ucinating Sam between them.
129- Pre-Series. Gen. John just wants Sam to have a memorable birthday, he is turning 2 and all but he didn't account for the clown to scare the literal piss out of his boy and he definitely didn't account for Dean to go berserk and sock the clown in the face. It was going to be a very testing day. No longer claimed.
130- Set during 7x03. Sam wakes up, but still hurts a bit. Dean still has the broke leg obviously. So to dull their pain they take some painkillers and gets high. They get giggly and brotherly and decide to take a walk in the forest around Rufus' hut until Sam passes out and Dean can't really do much because of his leg and he's too high. So he waits, being cute and high.
131- Without telling Dean, Sam has been strengthening his psychic mojo powers to fight off the Lucifer hallucinations. It seems to be working...until Dean finds him on the floor of their motel room, bleeding from his nose, ears, and eyes... Claimed by zenamydog
132- Sam develops severe Psoriasis while at Stanford.
133- Crossover prompt, Harry Potter/SPN. The British hunter network has uncovered a vast "world" of wizards in their country and apparently many others, hidden for years, only now revealed because of rising tensions resulting from the rise of wizard serial killer/mob boss "Voldemort." Naturally hunters from other countries (e.g. Our Heroes) are enlisted for help. HP timeline flexible, but post-Wall Sam!h/c preferred.
134- No way in hell is Sam really as OK as he says he is. Claimed by arilaen
135- Dean's constant drinking comes back to bite him in the ass when he does something he actually has good cause to feel guilty about for once: he drives under the influence and very nearly runs over a child. But the child is lucky: Sam pushed him/her out of the way. Please no brain damage or loss of limbs. Otherwise, run with it. Gen or slash. Claimed by ladybastet92
136- Sam makes the comment he is not really into having the apple pie life anymore and Dean gets very upset and decides that he will get Sam to talk and explain why. Sam is resigned to the fact that he can't spread his tainted demon blood, and he is going to just leave it at that.
137- Sam has an episode in an inconvenient place. The only way Dean can get them out of it without Sam being carted off or something of the like, is to tell people that Sam's mentally ill.
Sam knows he has to do it and knows it kills Dean but, (when he's aware of it) it still stings.
138- Dean's drinking bites him on the ass when he thinks they've vanquished the MOTW/GhostOTW, and they're in for the night. He hits the bottle a little harder than usual-only to find out the monster/ghost isn't really dead. He and Sam have to drive off into the woods at night, and because Dean isn't sober, Sam gets badly hurt. Claimed by minviendha
139- S7, gen. Sam has a tooth that's been bothering him for a while, and finally he has to suck it up and get work done on it (filling, root canal, whatever). Bad enough for a hunter to be flat on his back, vulnerable, while people fiddle around in his mouth; worse that Hallucifer thinks the whole process is hilarious.
140- Gen. Sam breaks his leg doing something unhunting related as a teenager. John's irritated because he needs backup but makes Sam stay home. John and Dean head out and don't return for several days. Sam, massively worried at this point, has to crutch his way to the rescue.
141- Ellen post S3 attempting to keep an eye on Sam and make sure he stays alive. Claimed by tmn1966
142- Late season Sam (maybe early S5?) meets an early season Dean. Somehow.
143- Gen, s7. The breaking of the Wall let out a lot of things better left alone, memories not the greatest of them. Sam's powers come flooding back, more powerful and violent than ever, warped and twisted by his time in Hell. And with Satan vision playing on repeat overtop of everything he sees, he's having trouble discerning friend from foe, threat from civilian... and Lucifer used Dean's face a lot, in the Pit. 144- Gen or slash. Season 7. Sam stops ragging on Dean for his drinking. And Dean figures out why: Sam has turned to heroin (or drug of choice!) to combat the hallucinations.
145- Unbeknownst to The Boys, Sam develops adult-onset Celiac disease, so what at first appears to be a very stubborn stomach virus just doesn't go away. Bring on ICanDoResearchWhenIHaveTo!Dean. And maybe Sam resists all the dietary changes because he's so damned fussy about his food. Any season, prefer Gen.
146- Season 7, gen or slash. Sam, Dean and some others are stropped in an absolutely dark room. And Sam's hallucinating: for lack of sight he's hallucinating touches, suddenly and without warning. Things crawling up on him or hands touching him, hurting him. He freaks out. And then everyone else freaks out as well because they are hunted by some monsters and then this guy who seems to know what he's doing is yelling about something in the dark.

147- The boys check into a haunted hotel as part of a hunt (think The Shining)... and for the first time in their lives, they know they aren't getting out...
148- In order to get rid of a nasty spirit (or a supernatural creature of your choice) the boys are left with one option to get rid of it - blow up the building! But things don't go according to plan and they don't get out in time (cue some crush injuries rather than burns). Claimed by arilaen
149- Adam's been abandoned, forgotten in the Cage. He somehow manages to claw his way out of Hell with no help from anyone - not the angels, not the demons, and not his so-called half brothers. Thing is, he's more demon now than human... all those decades in the Cage with Lucifer and Michael did a job on his humanity and psyche. And he blames the Winchesters for dragging him down into the Pit and getting him involved. And he's determined to kill them if it's the last thing he does. Claimed by dollarformyname

151- Dean/Sam. Dean doesn't talk about what they do, continues to flirt with/hook up with chicks, because in his head, this is "better" than acknowledging what he and Sam are. That somehow, by avoiding it, he's doing "the right thing." Rather than have Sam confront him about it (as Sam is of the belief that Dean doesn't feel the same way about it that he does), I'd like it to become clear to Dean how much he's actually damaging Sam with this. 153- AU, gen. Sam has dyspraxia. Because nothing appears outwardly wrong John is convinced that Sam is doing it on purpose and not working hard enough while Sam is horribly embarrassed by his inconsistent skill set and goes to great lengths to cover it up. Dean knows something isn’t right but keeps making excuses for Sam’s problems. Sam is eventually diagnosed at Stanford. 154- Future curtain!fic. Sam/Dean or gen. Early May is the anniversary of so many horrible things -- deaths and deals and hells and apocalypses -- that it's always a bad time for Sam. He’s limping (new injury, permanent, you choose!) and still, he needs to rush, to hurry, to find some way to make himself run because the need to go as fast as he can in the hopes of catching up to the shadow he hopes might be Dean is almost as pressing as staying ahead of the sound behind him, the sound of something wet moving in the ruin.
