Consider our Christmas shopping D-O-N-E. Our house is now twinkling with the soft, lovely glow of Christmas. We finished up all of our Christmas shopping and wrapped all of the gifts. We also bought a ton of Disney ornaments to add to our collection, because we realized that each year they come out with different ones. James is putting up the lights outside today, and then we are completely done! Our house looks so cute, and we even bought the classic Christmas movies and Christmas scented oils to top it off.
Gavyn was so excited to see the tree and the stockings and everything. He kept running up to the glass ornaments and looking at his reflection in them and saying, "Hi." Last night when James and I finished wrapping the last few presents I started to stack them under the tree, and Gavyn started grabbing presents and putting them under the tree, too. At one point he also jumped into one of the jumbo Disney store bags and hid himself in it, and then popped out and said, "Hi guys!" Haha.
Yesterday after the mall we went to TGI Friday's for lunch, THEIR NACHOS AND BURGERS WITH JACK DANIELS SAUCE ARE AMAZING. I would eat there every day if I could. Okay, maybe not every day. No, every day. Gavyn had chicken and mandarin oranges, and he slurped down an entire bowl of the oranges. I've got to see if they sell them pre-peeled like that in the store. He loved them.
I've got to WAKE UP more, I still feel really sleepy. I also need to stop by Old Navy on the way home from work. I found a cute skirt online and then called (so I could try it on rather than having to pay for shipping/not try it on) and they put it aside for me. You can wear skirts to weddings, right?
PS, WOW WA WEE WA... $2.01 a gallon?! This is too good to be true!
