Girls Aloud's 'Call The Shots' named most underrated girl group song
Girls Aloud's 2007 single 'Call The Shots' has been named the most underrated song by a girl group in a Top 20 list compiled by Billboard.
Despite peaking at number three in the UK, 'Call The Shots' failed to chart internationally but still managed to gain a cult following overseas.
Billboard described it as "a highly underrated song from the most underrated girl group ever (in the United States, at least)".
The track was written and produced by Girl Aloud's frequent collaborators Xenomania, and featured on their fourth studio album Tangled Up.
The track edged out songs by The Ronettes, Spice Girls, Destiny's Child and TLC to be named the most underrated track by a girl group.
