I think without sleeves though you'd just see her scary skinny arms and giant new boobs.

Her plastic surgeon did her really wrong with that reconstruction. They don't fit her body at all.

idk! I don't think removing the sleeves would change the shape of the torso of the dress. I think this is a nice shape that drapes across her chest well, so her breasts aren't all out there. without the sleeves more attention would be drawn to her chest, but they're covered up enough that it wouldn't look too unnatural (although everyone knows they're big and fake).

but you're right, getting rid of the sleeves would draw attention to her arms. I guess it's a matter of deciding which is the lesser of two evils, ugly sleeves or bony arms?
