VH1 is keeping Nicole Richie around for another season.
The Viacom-owned cable network has picked up unscripted entry Candidly Nicole for a second season, VH1 announced Monday.
The series centers on Richie in an expanded version of her web series and follows her daily adventures as she offers insight into her decisions on style, relationships and her work life.
The series, which premiered its first of eight episodes in July to lackluster returns, has averaged about 531,000 total viewers - a far cry from VH1's African-American-themed unscripted series Basketball Wives, Love & Hip Hop and the latter's Atlanta spinoff.
Candidly Nicole, produced by Telepictures and World of Wonder, will return for a second season in spring/summer 2015.
Meanwhile, a decision on LeAnn & Eddie has not yet been announced.
