Also, I dated/lived with a guy for TWO YEARS and there toward the end when we were breaking up, he said in a discussion that he'd always had low self esteem because his eyes were not level. And I tell ya, until he said it, I had NEVER EVER NOTICED. And then it became un-unnoticeable. I coudn't stop noticing it. Moral: don't enumerate your physical flaws; other people might not see them unless you point them out.

Everything about this story is cracking me up, but this is pretty much the number one advice I give to people. Never point out your flaws to others. Like, nobody's checking for you. They won't notice unless you tell them.

after someone pointed out that Shannen thing I checked my eyes, and now I think one of them is bigger than the other. :(

My mom's optometrist pointed this out to her AND I STILL DON'T SEE IT. You have to look for it, and even then, I'm like, "Where am I looking? It's not there!"
