He tried.. when he appeared on the view he was so awkward and held back, i don't know what the US does to english comedians trying to break out overseas, they end up ruining them (russel brand post crazy hair era)

Simon Amstell could have a viewing audience made entirely of ONTD members, but there's no way the man who made Britney Spears cry could ever pull in celeb guests/viewing numbers sufficient to sustain this show.
