More Acts Announced for NXNE
This year's NXNE music marathon takes over Toronto venues from June 18-22. The fest has now announced a second wave of artists for this year, including Spirtualized, Swans, tUnE-yArDs, Spoon, Sleigh Bells, Metz, Tim Hecker, Fuck Buttons, Mutual Benefit, Kelela, Swearin', Perfect Pussy, Oneohtrix Point Never, Eagulls, Ryan Hemsworth, A$AP Ferg, Goat, Low, Le1f, Glasser, Ratking, Small Black, DJ Jonathan Toubin, Juan Waters, Guerilla Toss, and more. Macaulay Culkin's comedy band the Pizza Underground will also play.
They join a lineup that already includes St. Vincent, Danny Brown, Mac DeMarco, Rhye, Run the Jewels, Speedy Ortiz, Courtney Barnett, Juicy J, Omar Souleyman, and more.
The festival will also include panel speakers, including Pitchfork president Chris Kaskie, Paul Rosenberg (president of Shady Records), Oliver El-Khatib (OVO founder and co-manager for Drake), Chris Taylor (Last Gang Records), and KP Swazy (Dat Piff).
