I can see maybe her nose and chin were fixed. Although, she's had the type of work done where you can tell something is different but you can't pinpoint it 100%.

I think what the op is saying is that she obviously looks noticeably different but she doesn't have a face that looks like it had plastic surgery.

Whoever her doctor was did a good job.
