25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards Nominations

The nominees for the 25th annual GLAAD Media Awards have been announced, with ABC leading broadcast networks with three nominations and MSNBC topping cable networks with four nominations.

Vying for outstanding film -- wide release, are Blue Is the Warmest Color, Dallas Buyers Club, Kill Your Darlings, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, and Philomena.

Outstanding drama series nominees are The Fosters (ABC Family), Grey's Anatomy (ABC), Orphan Black (BBC America), Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family) and Shameless (Showtime), while comedy series nominees are Brooklyn Nine-Nine (Fox), Glee (Fox), Modern Family (ABC), Orange is the New Black (Netflix) and Please Like Me (Pivot).

The GLAAD Media Awards ceremonies will be held in Los Angeles on April 12 at The Beverly Hilton and in New York on May 3 at the Waldorf Astoria New York. The awards honor "media for outstanding images of the LGBT community."
