So then did you miss the back to basics era, because she was the best selling popstar then, and had the most selling tour. And While we talk about hits, I remeber there was article talking about the most played hits popstars arent selling their albums really well. Xtina's career is enviable, because she has a longeivty that is built in creativity and versaltility.

Back to Basics did really well, Ain't No Other Man and Keeps Getting Better were both top 10 songs. They weren't monster smashes, but it's not like she hasn't had ANY successful material in 10 years, come on. She hit a wall with Bionic, that's it.
