Thug Misses Adds Another Mugshot to the Collection
Khia aka “My Neck & My Back” aka Khia Finch was arrested yet again!
The rapper turned singer turned professional mugshot poser was arrested Saturday evening (August 20, 2011) in Dekalb County, Georgia.
Khia, who has been arrested in the past under the name Khia Chambers was arrested this time using the alias Khia Finch.
Miss Finch has been charged with “concealing/endangering property-secured interest” under GA code 16-9-51.
"A person who destroys, removes, conceals, encumbers, transfers, or
otherwise deals with property subject to a security interest with intent
to hinder enforcement of that security interest and in so doing does
damage to such property in an amount greater than $500.00 shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature."
In other words, Khia probably schemed to hide a car (or some other valuable object that a bank holds a security interest), that she failed to make payments on and they found her Azz.
Khia was released 24 hours later on a $500 bond.
