being a yankee fan is like saying wal mart is your favorite place to shop.

but being a met fan is like saying you like that mom and pop store down the street even though it burned down 10 years ago.

I just don't understand putting so much faith and love in to something and for the majority of the time, not getting anything back.

I would love for the Met to be real serious competition but the organization. No one respects authority or the organization itself.
