Remember the Lauren Conrad reality show that MTV rejected due to its documentary-style format and lack of drunken STD-riddled adults and/or dumbass pregnant teens?
What was to be the opening sequence has been found and it turns out MTV was right. It’s definitely too clever for their network.
Photography and art students will probably appreciate the spot more than most. Sadly it won’t imbed but you can check out the stop-motion video
here .
The stop motion spot was composed by Angela and Ithyle --the duo behind those
cool Amazon Kindle ads .
The video depicts Lauren being transported from the fishbowl of TV into her new role as a designer of the line Paper Crown.
I guess MTV figured they didn’t need Lauren's show since they poured millions into making this a blockbuster (Bwahahahha).
