What is there to analyse.

Also, can everyone stop saying Skins UK.

It's just. SKINS.

Because you don't want people to assume you watch the US version. That'd just be embarrassing, really.

lol good point, but in my mind the US version doesn't even exist. That shit is not Skins.

ia tbh. I was one of those who fought hard for US Skins before it aired, but after the 2nd episode I just gave up. They focus way too hard on the drugs and alcohol, and spend very little time on character development.

I couldn't get passed the first ten minutes of the first ep, not even kidding.

Skins belongs to the UK, MTV should have kept off of it. Just doesn't work.

It's like QAF UK/US or The Office UK/US. They should just rename the shows slightly so people don't have to do that. Le sigh.

Lol no igi, but I hate the ~US Skins so much that I pretend it doesn't even exist.

LOLOL. Yeah, I can see that. I'm probably going to be doing that for the US version of Misfits.

They should just stop making US version of successful UK series tbh.

Well, I understand some of the reasoning behind it--with series like Skins and Misfits there are a lot of references to things US viewers wouldn't understand and words that are unfamiliar. Personally, I think they should just air the British versions with, like, Pop Up Video style info boxes that appear on screen and give little bits of information explaining words/phrases, lol

Lolol that would be the most humiliating thing in a really entertaining manner, I'd watch it.

I love your icon. I think that might have been the moment I fell for Richard Ayoade.
