Guess who else <3's ONTD?
Backstreet Boy Howie Dorough is co-manager of the teen music group NMD (“No More Drama”). They had their debut performance at the Geisha House in Hollywood last night. I didn’t have an invite to the performance, but I went anyways to see if I could get photos on the Red Carpet. As it turned out the Red Carpet attendees skewed more toward the RadioDisney/DisneyChannel/Nickelodeon demographic - teen and pre-teen actors and musical artists. Aside from HowieD, the only person I recognized was ... Cody Linley!

Background: There were a couple of ONTD threads about Nick and Aaron Carter holding “I <3 ONTD” signs at Hollywood Knights basketball games, and some ONTDers posted about the lack of attention given to other players, specifically Matt Cruzchy and Cody. I finally got Matt holding an ONTD sign, but never got one from Cody.
Flash forward to last night: I didn’t have an invite, and the event ran from 10pm to 2am, so I figured I would see who attended, take pics and leave. I took the subway to beat the traffic and parking, so I traveled light and didn’t take pen and paper. After all the celebs were in, I walked over to Graumann’s Theatre, where folks were waiting for celebrities leaving the “Scott Pilgrim” movie premiere. After about an hour with nothing happening, I headed back to the subway, and passed the Geisha House just after NMD had completed their set. The celebs were leaving. There was Cody waiting at the Valet for his car, and here was I without any way to hastily make an ONTD sign.
Thinking quickly, I asked if he would do a video shoutout (I had to explain what ONTD was), and he complied.
