You're right, but I know someone who it was very, very clear she was a sociopath by age 15. The signs are so distinct. Usually they call it Borderline Personality Disorder when the person is under 18--which is a shame for people with true BPD--but the true sociopath is "official" at 18.

Turns out she's a 50 something woman who's OBSESSED with Brangelina. We all figured she was just a troll, but no. This woman is legit and believes what she posts.
