She deserved her Oscar for Boys Don't Cry though, she really did. I'm not so sure about Million Dollar Baby because I honestly can't remember too much about that movie or who she was up against.

She has the oddest career though. Everything she's done besides her two Oscar rolls have been complete and utter crap.

I believe she was up against Kate Winslet (Eternal Sunshine) the year she won for Million Dollar Baby. I had already severely disliked the woman, but... and it may sound pathetic, that just sealed the deal. I've never found her to be anything but a mediocre talent, and the fact that she has two Oscars is simply appalling, imo.

However, there is one movie of hers I do like and that's Iron Jawed Angels.
