lol, I noticed that trend, too. idk, they're all my favorite/most watched movies OH AND JURRASIC PARK. Whoops.

I think I like it after the characters are introduced/established, and they can really get down to business when the shit hits the fan.

Except in Home Alone, obvs, because Old Man Marley is 5 thousand times cooler than the Pigeon Lady.
