Hairspray's Nikki Blonsky and her father were arrested Wednesday after getting into a fight with a woman at Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos.
A staffer at the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force confirmed their arrests to Usmagazine.com on Friday.
Nikki, 19, was charged with actual bodily harm; her father was charged with grievous bodily harm.
The fight broke out after a woman wanted to take one of their seats at the airport, a source at the Turks and Caicos Weekly News tells Us, but Blonsky's family allegedly refused to move their luggage.
The woman was so badly hurt, the source adds, that she was flown off the island to Miami.
America's Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden - whose family resides on the island - was also involved in the brawl. It is unclear what role she played.
Nikki - who is now in a neck brace - and Bianca went to court Friday morning, the source tells Us.
When photographers tried to take their picture, they covered their faces.
Nikki is due back in Magistrate court later this month.
Nikki's rep had no comment.
