I thought Requiem For a Dream was funny, tbh. It was just so ridiculous... the only character I felt bad for was the mom.

Actually speaking as someone who used to do drugs/hang out with drug dealers, that movie is very close to reality for some people. I was never close to getting that bad but the desperation in people addicted to drugs is really sad.

HEY ME TOO. and also the black couple who were trying to get out of the biz. but my best friend made me feel like a shitty person because i didn't sympathize with the other druggies. boo hoo.

boo hoo to you. substance abuse isn't funny, especially when it takes over someones life. it doesn't just hurt them, it kills everyone in their life, especially their family. my brother is a heroin addict, nothing about that movie was funny to me.
