It is from one of the episodes. Basically, Homer grabs a donut from the Kwik-E-Mart and puts a bunch of "sprinkles" onto the donut. The "sprinkles" being a bunch of candy from the store...Twizzler's licorice, Jolly Rancher candy, and a Mound's candy bar. He's trying to pass them off as if they were part of the donut.
