Lena Waithe's insta stories about Ariana Grande prompt speculation

In case you missed it, the critically-acclaimed film adaptation of beloved Broadway musical Wicked stars not one but two multi-hyphenates famous not only for their talent but also for cheating. (See past ONTD posts, including: " Lena Waithe splits from wife after two months of marriage, rumored to be cheating" and " Ariana Grande's Boyfriend Ethan Slater Files for Divorce from Wife Lilly Jay".)
For her part, Ariana and her team are in full PR clean-up mode, including Ariana giving a spirited defence of Ethan Slater leaving his wife and newborn child for her in a Vanity Fair interview and copyright striking any and every clip containing her past accent (past ONTD posts). For Cynthia, however, things have been pretty quiet when it comes to questions about her past. After all, how could Cynthia and Lena's affair from around five(!) years ago possibly compete with leaving your husband for a co-worker on the set of the movie you're currently promoting when said co-worker was not only supposedly happily married to his high school sweetheart but also a brand new father at the time? (Did I mention a two-month-old baby was involved?)
Never fear! Lena saw the unhinged Wicked press tour and decided the current levels of media frenzy surrounding it weren't enough. Her recent posts to Instagram have sparked rumours that not all is well in the Waithe-Erivo household. As the saying goes, how you get them is how you lose them. Or, as put by nayabayybe on TikTok, "Ship so good it's got the other person's partner worried":
