In the first post I didn’t really have time to read through all the details but now that I have I’m so disgusted with this man and the team around him. On freaking day TWO of filming he went into Blake’s dressing room and cried because he said she looked fat and old In paparazzi pictures. This man had a whole hissy fit over nothing and delayed filming for everyone on just the second day of work. And she was four months postpartum too! I’ve been body shamed at work before and it’s awful but never on that kind of level. I can’t imagine being in Blake’s shoes. These people were absolutely evil to her and it really seems to stem from the fact that right away she made it known she wasn’t gonna put up with the harassment. IF those rumors are true about her trying to take over on set i completely understand now. Her and the crew were dealing with two disgusting tyrants and had no support from the studio

i saw a tweet that went along the lines of “if a woman wants her husband around on set, you should question the set not the woman.”

It makes perfect sense why she wanted Ryan around her at all times yet she got crucified for that too.

Yep honestly when all this was first coming out I thought maybe the truth was somewhere in the middle, like Blake was maybe being a diva on set but also maybe Justin was kind of an incompetent director. But then when all the Ryan stuff started coming out it kind of was red flag for me because yeah he’s really obnoxious but as far as I remember he’s never tried to insert himself into her work like that. I don’t like the man or his acting but I give him major props for going to the set like that and trying his best to protect his wife.

That’s why it was weird! She has acted in films before and he has never to our knowledge tried to insert himself into her work. Baldoni’s PR team did a good job with trying to make Ryan look bad in all of this too.

Ryan seems very respectful in terms of allowing Blake to have her projects and he has his. I don't know if they've ever collaborated before Deadpool and Wolverine.

Just the casualness of him admitting to rape is what gets me. Men really think they can do whatever they want because they know society will protect them

and you just know he said it in that soft soothing cult leader voice like "it's okay...I've made mistakes too, I've raped women, and it made me think about the importance of consent..."

I'm so confused how a nobody like him could run a set like this. Like not saying that having an established career would justify it either. But genuinely, I know men are delusional but this is on a different level to me because who was Justin Baldoni at this point that they let him just behave like this...

He was backed by a billionaire, Steve Sarowitz

Well he also had one of the main producers on his side, I can’t remember his name right now but when Blake tried to talk to him about the issues he demanded to be let into her trailer when the makeup artist was removing product and Blake was topless. When Blake said can we do it later he said it’s now or never and she told him ok but keep your back turned to me and then she caught him looking at her in the mirror 🤬 so he had at least one powerful enabler on the set that we know about
