Director Barry Jenkins and most of the cast of Mufasa attended the premiere of their film in Los Angeles. Absent were Mads Mikkelsen, Donald Glover, Thandiwe Newton, Lennie James, and Abdul Salis. Opens December 20

I wish I liked the remake more, maybe I'd care more about this but the animation style just didn't give me the magic of the original. I think it's one of those things where if you saw the original as a kid when it came out it hinders the remake much more. Kids today probably adapt to the new style much easier.

I wish it were cartoon animation then I'd def see it but I'm not bothered with this 'life action' animation style.

idk....am taking my 5 and 3 year olds, and they're used to the cartoons (these days it's all about Kion and the Lion Guard). Hopefully they'll still enjoy it, it'll be their first time in a movie theater.

I hope they LOVE it!!! They're still open to new things I'm just old and grumpy and like the things I like lol.

Nothing beats the original animation, that was one of Disney's finest, artistically.
