That's not what he did. Hunter was railroaded to begin with. He wasn't allowed to make a plea deal literally the way everyone else is allowed to do.

pardons have existed since the dawn of the US, and this isn't the sole pardon that Biden will do. There's hundreds more that will be pardoned by the end of his presidency.
