Billboard is ranking its top pop stars of all time the 21st century. However, Hailey Bieber is not happy about where her husband, Justin, ranks. Billboard announced that Justin Bieber is number eight on their list. So, Hailey left a comment on their Instagram post saying, "Billboard is a fucking joke as per usual 👄 ." No word on why she left her comment today when Billboard made its post almost a month ago, but ok. At least she's not just sitting on a bed staring at the wall?
