I'm going to go to Bluesfest in Ottawa this summer I think, but "Blues" is not accurate at all anymore lol.

Blues has not been accurate in 15 years at least but it’s the most cost effective way to see concerts in Ottawa.

new orleans holds an annual jazz fest that's really great. and there is actual jazz! theres a variety of music and usually the headliners aren't jazz, but theres a ton of stages and groups https://www.nojazzfest.com/music-schedule/
