Yeah, that's why I mentioned it, I went down a rabbit hole of stories about actors (all men tbh) getting shredded for photo shoots or shirtless scenes or what not and it was a lot of "bulk up and drink massive amounts of water, then cut weight massively and dehydrate yourself with a few days left so that every muscle is crazy defined" - you look good, but you are obviously very thirsty and hungry when you're done. If your body looks like that permanently, you're creating health issues galore.

Yeah pretty sure I recall Henry Cavill finding it gruesome to film some scenes in The Witcher because he had to be dehydrated and it was miserable

It makes me feel bad for thinking guys look hot when looking that ripped - never THAT ripped tbh, but looking muscular - when I know what it takes to achieve that look. There's a reason why most top athletes don't look that way! Muscular arms, sure, but getting abs THAT defined...

idk lipo stomachs are usually lumpy actually (like cardi b's) hers looks too smooth and her belly button isnt very lipo-y. but she could be an anomoly.

There’s a type of lipo extremely popular with Brazilian influencers that gives this result, they call it lipo lad here but idk how it’s called in the USA
