I know Mikey is a big Oasis fan and I was hoping he'd see the backlash they got and they'd turn the dynamic pricing off lmaooo I guess not. Like solira21 said, the band's total hands-off approach to media now probably is not helping, but it's not an excuse.

I know the artists can play a role in what their ticket prices look like, but I really do hate that ticktmaster is quite literally the only option now. You can't even go to the box office and purchase tickets now if you're local. It's really disgusting.

I do miss the days of physical tickets and waiting in line ngl lol. Even my tiny local venue that only fits like 700 people has gone fully digital. I used to collect my physical tickets :(

Jack White still sells tickets that way. You have to show your ID and pick them up at the will-call desk before the show.

I've been to two Killers shows like that as well. If these big guys can do it, anyone can.

I miss physical tickets so much too. They’re such good memorabilia.

They did! But only after the first set of dates were sold out. My wording was poor--I was hoping MCR would have taken note of that and left it off entirely.

Oh OK. Dynamic pricing is not a thing here so I had no context. Still Oasis tix were even higher than Metallica's.
