we still don't know anything about the plot, but these ladies are gonna join Matt Damon and Tom Holland for the next Nolan.

An earlier version of the Deadline article also mentioned Lupita Nyong’o as being in this but it's now gone? maybe not confirmed yet

I think it's interesting if they both are good actors but I also think it can be a recipe for disaster when you make your relationship public property like this in some ways.

to be fair they didn't make their relationship public property, someone followed them around and forced them to become public and they just have crazy fanbases

i generally agree with OP though like i think it's boring if they play love interests (though i actually do not think tom and zendaya have great chemistry on screen??? like i do not buy the spider-man/mj relationship but it could also just be because their love story plays out in like 2 weeks of time in the movies), so i hope nolan has something different planned for them

Yeah but they show up at red carpet together and talk about their relationship occasionally. They may not be as showy as other couples but it's almost public property.

Normally I would agree, but I just realized it tickles me whenever Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone work together.
