I think she takes it further than that, though. After Jen’s arrest, there was a power vacuum and I sincerely think Heather thought she would step in as the head bitch in charge and fan favorite. The problem is no one fucking likes her because she’s messy and unlikable, and not even in the fun way that some HWs get away with.

Same thing happened with Sai and Erin on RHONY, they came in thinking they were going to be top dogs and then good god, they were terrible. But they’ve toned it down, kind of. Heather just keeps going at full speed and keeps failing to recognize she’s not landing.

It’s gotta be super fucking annoying to her that she’s been there for years, and Bronwyn comes on and people love her weirdo ass. Heather was so much more relatable in the first season, with her struggle with her religion and struggle with dating and finding her way with her business and her meat on a stick. Bronwyn is super rich in a way the vast majority of people will never be but she still connects with people.

Even if she ends up being the villain of the season (I think Mere or Lisa said that but I also see them saying that to try and sway opinions, knowing that Bronwyn was landing well) I’ll probably end up still really enjoying her. I loved Monica for trolling Lisa. That was fucking delightful.

I have so many thoughts about RHOSLC apparently.

Heather let the success of the show go to her head. You can go back to the season one reunion and all the seeds of where we are now are there.
