Sad because whoever wins is going to continue to support Israel and fund the genocide. Wish I could be someone that would be happy if Harris won, but they’re both going to be terrible and I don’t want to hear “lesser of two evils” one more time. That’s not good enough.

Yep, I had very negative feelings when I voted for Harris because of Gaza. It would be great if she actually prioritized Palestinian life and enforces an arms embargo if/when she becomes President, I have no faith that she actually will.

She has no reason to.

Genocide Joe was atrocious. I wish we put more pressure on Kamala but the stanning doesn’t help things at all

I vote in a very solidly blue state so I didn't end up voting for a presidential candidate at all.
I am very disheartened that the very historic first female president that is Black and Indian is going to be in support of genocide. This is not the representation I want.

I hope that we are able to apply pressure to her if she wins. but given the track record of these past presidencies, that is unlikely

The only reason I voted for Harris is because I’m in Wisconsin. If I was still in Massachusetts, I wouldn’t have voted for her.

I would have done the same as you if I lived in a swing state! Not worth the risk. I don't blame you at all

I'm in a sold blue state (WA) but my wife is trans and I have to do my best to protect her. Best believe tho if Kamala wins I will make talking about GAZA/pushing for a ceasefire my fucking JOB.

I feel like you’ll be one of the rare ones that actually does. I really don’t believe that a big majority of the people who said Harris could be pushed when she’s elected will actually do anything to push her on Palestine.

Oh totally. But like, I have to. My conscience won't let me just sit by idle while these people are slaughtered. If trans rights weren't under super-attack I for sure would have left it blank. I left my primary vote blank-just wish that would have sent more of a message. Idk, shit is hard right now.

I completely understand this calculus. I live in a blue state and voted for the Peace and Freedom Party candidate, Claudia De La Cruz. If I lived in a swing state, I would've held my nose and voted for Harris.

I’m in a blue state and voted third party. I could not in good conscience vote for someone who has openly said she will always support Israel.

I was looking at the WI results (that's where I sent my absentee) and it seems like a number of people also just didn't vote for President and then voted down ballot. Like Tammy Baldwin won and I don't think the Representatives ratio changed.

I had no idea which way the President race would go since WI is such a wild card these days, but I was pretty disappointed in all the "Yes" votes on the referendum to change the language of the state constitution regarding who is allowed to vote.

Yeah, I definitely voted no on that referendum.

I live in Florida so I didn't have that choice.

I hear ya friend. I encouraged my friends in Florida to vote for Kamala so no judgment from me. I would do the same if I were in your shoes.

I am wistfully hoping that the democrats will see the dissatisfaction with the party through the 3rd party votes or abstaining in solidly blue states. But the party is so up it's own ass that they won't
