So, i cant find the exact recipe I used but basically:

Boil bow tie pasta until they are almost done (about 10 minutes for me)

Let cool

Dredge in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs with your preferred seasoning (I use Italian breadcrumbs)

Boil the oil - I used canola, then batch deep fry the pasta until its golden brown (about 3-5 minutes)

Use as chips - we eat them marinara sauce!

They are like carbs on top of carbs and its amazing.

I've lost my sense of smell and taste due to the worst cold I've ever had & I am quite upset about the timing. Meant I couldn't enjoy food during half my vacation, Halloween, AND election night! rude.
