Yeah, it's super obvious she's pregnant LMAO. This is not one of the best attempts to hide a pregnancy, so she must have been pretty far along when the season was filmed.
Is it really? I wasn't going to watch because i hated s4 and 5, but i feel obligated to watch this season because it's the last one (also because i still love Nadja). But maybe i'll wait till it ends and then just watch the episodes that got decent reviews from friends.
I know the Marwa storyline was supposed to highlight that Nandor is a terrible person, but it continues to leave a bad taste in my mouth LOL. I didn't even watch season 5 until this year because season 4 just made me mad.
Yea the Marwa shit was bad, but it was also how the show forgot that they all went separate ways in the previous season? Like, Nandor thought Guillermo abandoned him, and Laszlo ACTUALLY abandoned Nadja in a really important moment in her life. That was all set up for some potentially hilarious drama but it got like one line acknowledgment each, if that.
Yeah, the show has a tendency to throw out plotlines when they realize they don't know what to do with it. See: Guillermo becoming a vampire... and then season 5 basically becoming a moot point by the season finale LOL because Guillermo didn't actually want to be one.
I also think the quality slipped when Stefani Robinson left to develop her own show (a remake of Peep Show - we don't need more remakes of UK shit!) but she was still season 4 so idk.
The thing that bothers me so much about the whole Marwa thing is it felt so out of character for Nandor. It really seems like they couldn't figure out how to give him an arc and they still don't. In some ways I'm glad the show is ending, they've been on fumes and I love the show.
I find this is an issue with a lot of sitcoms where they'll happily throw out any interesting development for a cheap gag. It's super unsatisfying for me as a viewer and probably one of the reasons why I don't like watching sitcoms. At some point I get invested in the characters but their potential development never goes anywhere.
Oh, guess I need to watch this episode LOL, but tbh season 6 so far has been disappointing. I will let you know in half an hour if this continues.

this season has been pretty crap so far and how they are hiding Nadja's real life baby bump has been very distracting.
The swearing has been on point though.

It's not as bad as season 4, but it's far from season 2/3.

I feel like they tried to develop Laszlo the most, but even he's regressed hardcore this season.
