If you're buying from a Arabic sourced place they're either referred to as slave bracelets, odalisque, or belly bracelets. Western stores tend to call them hand chains like the other user said.

You know what, that sounds good! I think what she's showing are just prototypes and the actual product will be sleeker, with better materials. There's a nice niche in the luxury erotic jewelry market for stuff like this, but it has to be high end (ie. Betony Vernon, etc).
