its up to the op to unscreen this comment from livejournal. a bunch of my posts dont get many comments but i almost always get the above comment from livejournal, i just never let it post to comment so its ghosted for everyone but me to see.

Yes, LJ goes by total page views, and if you have a pro account you can also see the breakdown between members of ONTD, members of LJ (but not ONTD), and outside traffic.

The amount of participants in the poll and people who just like posts is what I finally needed to understand that the lurker crowd is indeed mighty.

That and there have been times I get this message as the first comment in a post lol.
