Idk exactly how Billboard charts work but my Google search says it's been topping the 200 and USA charts for 3 weeks. So I guess the chart you were talking about is yet another one haha

I just checked and it says DWAS was #4 last week and is going for either #2 or #1 this week

The billboard hot 100 is the "official chart", it's combination of streaming, radio plays and song purchases.
The song has constantly been #1 on streaming with a lot of plays, but it hasn't reached number one on the hot 100.
It's been blocked by that bar song whatever, same with Billie's Birds of a feather.
