I know other stans are just as insane (Britney, Nicki, etc). But, there’s something EXTRA cringe about people like her and the “Lukola” shippers because they’re not using the standard stan vernacular/attitudes - they write paragraphs (or hold hours long lives) trying to seem above the ~haters and holding safe spaces for fellow nutters.

Lol, idk if you’re into Bridgerton, but it’s just the ship name for Luke Newton and Nicola Coughlan.

Their stans spend hours upon hours discussing/dissecting every little detail of their public life while speaking softly and calmly… and making posts similar to ClubChamalet warning fellow fans that “this isn’t real, take care of your mental health - they’re just being private about their love” if they’re ever seen enjoying other people’s company (and not each other).
