I had left Horizon Forbidden West sitting for a few months (because I'd been travelling and too lazy to play games) so I finally picked it back up again over the weekend in an attempt to be done with the story before Life is Strange: Double Exposure and Dragon Age: The Veilguard are released this week.
I didn't realize I only had 3 story missions left to go when I booted it back up again, but I'm a chronic Rebel Outpost-clearer and gear min-maxer (annoying that they don't have the equivalent of the shield armour from HZD in HFW) so I've been distracting myself with random errands and side quests until last night when I finished the penultimate story mission.
Probably going to clear the cauldrons before going into the final mission, LOL. I don't have to boot up Veilguard immediately, anyway. I'm planning to stream Double Exposure for my friend so we can experience the story together.
I'll eventually Platinum HFW because I did it for HZD (my first and only Platinum lol) but I need to do it quick because I'm actually using my cousin's copy of the game, lol.
